Measuring Progress on our Mission
Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools (PLSAS) is committed to continuous improvement to help our schools achieve excellence in education through data-supported decision making. Our stakeholder surveys offer staff, parents, as well as students in grades 3-12, an opportunity to provide input to our school district with the goal of helping us improve.
The Student Stakeholder Survey will be administered May 2017 in grades 3-12. We administer these surveys for the following purposes:
1. Collecting feedback from students on their experiences at PLSAS regarding the following themes:
a. Physical school environment
b. School culture
c. Learning experiences
d. Building leadership
2. Providing leaders, teachers and staff with school-level student perception data for reflection on classroom instruction, student engagement strategies and professional development needs.
3. Providing leaders with student feedback to learn about strengths and opportunities for school and district improvement.
4. Meeting state requirements for Principal Development and Evaluation.
Upon completion of the surveys, summary results will be posted to this page.
