On November 18, 2020, Governor Walz announced new restrictions the state is taking to prevent and contain further spread of COVID-19 in Minnesota. Under the new restrictions, there will be a pause on all organized youth sports and activities which include games, performances, competitions, practices, and other in-person gatherings of teams or groups participating in extracurricular activities. The restrictions will take effect Friday, Nov. 20 at 11:59 p.m. and last until Friday, Dec. 18. During this time, schools are not allowed to rent out their gyms, weight rooms or other facilities for four weeks. The Executive Order can be found here. We will update this page as new information becomes available. You can also visit the Activities page for up-to-date announcements regarding sports and activities, schedules, registration and more.
