At PLSAS we have been busy preparing for the 2021-22 school year, which includes a return to in-person learning, five days a week. For K-12 families who wish to pursue an online learning option, we have included details at the end of this communication. We have also been carefully tracking health and safety information from public health officials in an effort to help ensure our buildings remain safe places to learn and work.
Community Education encompasses Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), Kids' Company, Youth Programs, Adult Programs, facility rentals and many events.
To accomplish our mission requires that parents, family, schools, faith communities, businesses, community organizations and all people living within our community work together. This can be done through a cooperative effort in meeting the recreational, educational, social and cultural needs and wants of the community.
Our programs are committed to the development of a quality, comprehensive lifelong learning system. This system will recognize that throughout life each community member is valued as both a learner and resource. Community Education Services will work proactively in partnerships with other school district programs, community groups, municipalities, businesses, organizations, agencies and individuals in realizing shared ideals.
